My career spans roles at Microsoft, marketing agencies, and entrepreneurial ventures, earning accolades such as the Canadian Marketing Association Gold Award and recognition from the International Association of Microsoft Partners. I also served as co-leader of the Microsoft Global Partner Solutions Women’s Council, championing initiatives around Women and AI. I played a key role in the Women’s Council—a vibrant community of women leaders and allies committed to empowering women across the tech ecosystem.

Outside of my professional life, I took a decade-long pause to raise my three children before returning to Microsoft for another 15 years. As a breast cancer survivor, I bring resilience and authenticity to everything I do. I have served as President of Volunteer Hamilton’s board, and as a lecturer, guest speaker, and judge at McMaster University’s business and marketing competitions. My insights have also been featured on television and podcasts.
I hold a degree in Rhetoric and Professional Writing from the University of Waterloo. I live in Waterdown, Ontario with my husband Nate, to whom I’ve been married for 28 years.
